What Payments do You Accept?

I gladly accept PayPal. You do not need to join/resister for PayPal to use their services - you can check out as a guest using your own Mastercard, VISA and other payments sources. Use this link to find out more about making payments through PayPal. PayPal

What Shipping Services Do You Use?

I ship USPS Priority or First Class and Upgraded UPS with tracking. It usually takes 3-7 business days to receive your package once shipped within the USA. I do not include signature confirmation or insurance unless you request it. If you would like to add insurance or signature confirmation, please contact me so I can add this to the shipping charge. It is usually only a few dollars, and it is definitely worth it! Insurance can be provided at the Buyer's expense for an additional fee.

I also use UPS when if requested and if your purchases require this option. Usually large orders will need to go UPS or FEDEX. Additional charges may occur if you request this service, depending on you location and total purchse.

Upgraded Shipping via UPS Priority guarantees your package arrives in 3-5 days depending on your specific location. This does not include the time required to make your item. This is just the actual transit time. USPS does not provide a specific delivery date - the Postal service will only give a general time frame for when you package will be delivered. Keep in mind if by you require an exact date for an item to reach you.

Shipping may be combined for discount if all items are purchased at the same time.

**Express or Upgraded Shipping and UPS to Hawaii and Alaska will be higher. Please contact me for your exact shipping quote.

*Please double check that your shipping address is correct. If a shipment is returned to me because you have provided me with the wrong address, I will not re-ship the item at my own expense. I will work it out with you to either refund your money, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee, or re-ship the item to you if you are willing to pay the shipping again.

DO YOU RUSH ORDERS?

Rush can usually be accommodated within 48 hours to 1 week. Please contact through email prior to ordering so I can provide you with a fee quote (normally $10 - $25 PER ITEM) to create a listing for you. Please do not purchase the listing first. I need to make sure that I can schedule you accordingly and that you item can be created within your time limits.

The RUSH order fee does NOT include your shipping. Rush order means that your item will be MADE with the specified period and then shipped via the method you choose. Custom orders may not be eligible for rush orders.

RUSH order fee is per item.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date on First Class International Shipping. You will be provided a tracking number once shipped. (it could take 2-4 weeks for delivery, sometimes 8 weeks or more depending on your country.) For an additional charge - usually around $10-25 more, I can ship international priority mail which is estimated to take 6-14 business days.

Please send me your country prior to purchase if you would like an exact quote for upgraded shipping. Not all countries are eligible for upgraded shipping service - please ask or check the shipping info. on the individual item you are purchasing.

**International customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.

** Malama Pua is not responsible for delay due to Custom, taxes, VAT or any other fees imposed by other countries.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WHO REFUSE PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOM FEES.

The US does not have VAT or import tariffs and there is no way I could possibly include this in the cost of your item. Every country has a different system and different calculations to arrive at these extra fees.

What is Your Return Policy?

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Hair Accessories (for health/hygience reasons)

  • Pierced Jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns require pre authorization. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt to authorize a return. Unless you have received the item in a damaged condition (or the wrong item.)

Returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt, must be returned in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense and postmarked within 5 DAYS of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition to be accepted back.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items.

I want you to be happy with your items. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative review. I welcome the chance to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

CUSTOM and RUSH ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED
A RUSH order is any order that is requested to be created outside the normal scheduled shipping time for any item and expedited to the customer at the customer's request. A RUSH order may or may not have additional shipping fees depending on the needs of the customer and the within the limitations of the seller. Rush orders are requested by the customer and agreed to by Malama Pua Bridal & Wedding in advance of shipping.

Please contact me within 3 days of receipt to authorize a return. Unless you have received the item in a damaged condition (or the wrong item) that was not noted in the description.

PLEASE NOTE: the original shipping charges you paid when purchasing the item(s) and the postage for returning the item to us will NOT be refunded. In the case of damage, please contact me for shipping/return credit/refund.

EU customers have 14 days after receiving items to contact Malama Pua to return items. EU customers are responsible for return shipping costs to include tracking, insurance and fees your country may impose to return package. After proof a returned item is received by Malama Pua, your refund will be issued in the form originally paid.

Shipping costs and insurance both ways are not refundable and is the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not insure the item, and it gets lost or damaged during return, the purchase price will not be refunded. This is for your protection.


DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE?
International orders will be insured for the cost of the items purchased (included in shipping cost). If your order has not arrived after 30 days please contact me so we can discuss the insurance claim. You will need to complete an online form by the insurance agency to allow the refund to be processed. US orders will not have insurance unless discussed prior to purchase.


*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE

-Australian and UK and Canadian customers - Please allow a minimum of 2-6 weeks for delivery in addition to construction time. Shipping quotes are based on the item purchased, so please send me a message for a custom quote if you are interested in ordering.

*We no longer ship to India, Africa, Germany, Russia, and South American countries. We also cannot ship to some remote island locations. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions.

- SIZES: all dimensions provided are approximate due to the handmade nature of these products.

- COLOR - ON SCREEN VS. ACTUAL COLOR: computer monitors commonly show colors that are slightly different from the actual item, so if you are very concerned about color, I strongly encourage you to order one first as a sample. Fees for samples provided upon request. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE - ASK!

- FEATHERS AND FLOWERS: every effort will be made to create items that match the picture, but materials often have natural variations, therefore please understand that items may look slightly different in each case. The overall look will not be affected.

- COLOR NAMES AND ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: Color descriptions and color names can be very subjective. This means that although there is a clear distinction between colors such as "green" and "red", the difference between "turquoise" versus "teal" and "magenta" versus "fuchsia" is highly subjective (just to name a few examples). My "magenta" may be very different from your "magenta", and so on. Again, if you are very concerned about color. I cannot guarantee 100% color matches unless an idea is dyed to match professionally. Contact me for a sample for a small fee. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE - ASK!
